Who Are We?
We are a full service accounting firm, specializing in tax preparation, business consulting and services, and governmental, particularly special districts, and non-profit entities auditing.
Henderson CPAs is a family-owned business, with roots dating back to 2014, started on the foundation of extensive knowledge, diverse client experiences, and expertise in financial management and accounting services. We believe in strong client relationships, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements, embracing the current technologies to provide services efficiently and effectively, and providing financial accounting services with integrity as a top
priority.
Brian Henderson brings over sixteen years of audit and accounting experience to the table. Brian graduated from California State University, Fresno, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accountancy. While at CSU Fresno, Brian was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and took part in many events and community projects. Proud to be Bulldog born, Bulldog bred. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Brian’s primary specialty is in individual and corporate/small business taxation and governmental and non-profit auditing, but he still regularly applies his knowledge of finance, business management, and consulting. Brian also provides QuickBooks support to many small and medium sized businesses. Brian has been an active member of the CalCPA – Fresno Chapter and is currently serving on the Executive Board as the Secretary. When not at work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, which includes three sons, where he actively coaches their little league baseball and soccer teams, and his dogs. He also enjoys playing golf, going to the lake, camping, and is learning to play the guitar.

Susan Henderson received her Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Florida and specializes in accounting research. She previously earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an option in Accountancy and her Master of Accountancy from California State University, Fresno. She holds an active Certified Public Accounting license in the State of California, and has practiced public accounting for the last fifteen years in both audit and tax. She actively provides consulting services to businesses in the Central Valley, specializing in not-for-profit entities. Susan is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Accountancy Department for California State University, Fresno and assists clients by utilizing research methodologies to assist in financial strategy.
