Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant at Henderson CPAs, you will be a vital part of our team, supporting day-to-day

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments within the firm.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Assist in document preparation, proofreading, and editing.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Utilize technology tools and software to streamline administrative processes.
Support the implementation and maintenance of office systems and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
This position offers a pay range of $23 - $27 per hour, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
